The most important thing in any tech company for sure is the talent and so if the CEO doesn't have a very very strong point of view on how that talent is brought in assessed managed promoted you know moved along in their career then no head of HR is going to save you. I think every startup founder and CEO should be their primary job to make sure that you're hiring the right people, he says.
