Is It a Continuum or an Order Taker?
HR manager is HR business partner. It's not being in the opposite of an order taker, right? Yeah, yeah. And so what would you say like that that truly means just literally is that like it's partnering up with the business super closely. But I see it as a continuum and I don't think anyone is always at the same spot on the continuum.
