The Role of Cytosolic Protein Complexes in Vascular Endothelial Function

The cross link between immunity and coagulation occurs via the NLP three and flamazone and tissue factor expression. obesity and diabetes have been associated with vascular endothelial dysfunction in pro inflammatory states. Could there be a way to obtain a biomarker profile that could help differentiate which patients have increased expression of NLP three? I imagine this would be difficult as it is cytosolic protein complex correct.
