The Evolution of Executive Recruiting

It's changed quite a bit over the years in that, you know, executive recruiters were essentially brokers of talent and not much else. And now it's far more assessment oriented. Corn Ferry has a future step business that does lower level work. They also are trying to sort of level out the ups and downs in the executive recruiting business by tacking on other businesses such as assessment and coaching.
