The Difference Between Complex and Complicated
Annie Drexler: What I imagine is that people who read my books are somewhere in the space of perhaps thinking that way and trying to figure out how to execute on it. So here's a difference between complex and complicated. Complicated is like chess, where there's a very, you know, there's a much smaller influence of luck and the information is available to you. But basically what you're really dealing with is risk, right? That there's some spread to the outcomes depending on what you do.
