Can We Eat Into Our Sleep?

Studies have shown that sleep disruption can negatively affect health at a sort of high level. Even in humans also, there is some very interesting finding. When animals eat randomly throughout day and night, the experimental tumors grow much more rapidly than when they actually eat within a consistent window every day. In many cases, even pearing animals within a consistent time window shrunk the tumor.
