I think it's been going on for a little while. Everybody wants to do what Killian did, right? But Killian is Killian. Like you can't create uniform recommendations or across the board recommendations based off of what the absolute best person in the world over the course of the last over a decade actually does because he's just so unique in every way. And although that's an example of one person, you can kind of fold that example down to a lot of the elite ultra runners where yes, we should observe it and we should take note but we should still understand that they are individuals.
