The Importance of Getting Things Done
James was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 25. He says he only ever managed to do tasks through fear, really as much as anything. James now works on a daily 'do list' and prioritises his work in two ways. The first way is when he gets up between four and five in the morning and I'll stick my headphones into adhukkuk's dopamine-boosting music playlist. And then if that doesn't work for him - like it did this week - he will listen to some classical music or something more upbeat such as Bob Marley.
