What's Your Favourite Training Spit?

You need to commit to a position you want to improve and attack it. That clarity is very important when it comes to flexibility. You're not just putting random stimulus on your body at random times. The biggest variable, the biggest training variable that we, what people do often speak about, is the person's effort. And again, heya, what's our priority? We can only have one, maybe two priories at a time,. So, the little things like playing rocks in the background at a very low level are key for us.
