Today I woke up at 7 in the morning, that was my alarm, 7 o'clock. Even though I was in bed for eight hours, it wasn't enough. So I decided I would rather sleep a bit more and start my work later than do it in a grumpy way. It's a terrible lying. But to be fair, I do feel better now. I don't feel cranky anymore. And yes, sleep deprivation is not, is no joke. It's very serious.
