How to Tune the Feeling Tone
Tun the feeling tone happens automatically as a result of this meeting of objects with the body mind. In that instant, it happens automatically, and there's no control at all. If we don't acknowledge the feeling tone, it very often creates a cascade. So look out for any small moment when you notice something pleasant. It doesn't have to be anything big or important,. See if you can take a pause inwardly for a moment. And in that moment, what body sensations are here? What's whats here? It's ocater like this if it's pleasant, and if anything unpleasant, interrupts your peace of mind this week. Then acknowledging and unpleasant. Ah, contact
