There's a hypertrophy right muscle gang thing. You are generally not going to be using high skill exercises at the strength endurance end because it's a lot of repetition. If you don't have a base of strength, yes, you're not actually going to be able to perform that particularly well. And if you think of like your classic boot camp type approach, it sits up that end. It's like a lot of fucking reps of some very simple movements and no rest.
