How to Stay Present in Conscious Leadership
The more I do all this conscious leadership and even like some of it gets to like the levels of Buddhism and stuff, Like the more, the more I just end up in going, Oh, this is all just, can you stay present? Yeah. You say above the line in the language that conscious leadership uses, which is really just saying present, meaning not not making your choices and your decisions. Can you just be in the open space? That's how we are a standard. We're constantly going, well, should I do that or should I do this? Or this, this is not my strength. And sometimes that means, okay, I think I want to delegate this because
