The Importance of Skills in Recruiting

In recent years we removed our degree requirements for most of our jobs. We've also added, you know, sort of a skill section for so for any of our LinkedIn jobs posting. I think that we're making good strides right now with helping our recruiters and job seekers to highlight their skills on the site. And will continue to learn as we see more energy and investment in the skill space.
