Paul asks, I found myself doing what was best or most safe to do quote unquote. And that has led me to a job I truly hate. What would a job look like that Paul wants to be at? John: When people find jobs they love, typically they're fulfilling kind of a they're taking a bunch of different boxes. They have some level of autonomy and control over their day to day. They have recognition from their peers and from their bosses. It's about finding the things that get us up in the morning for whatever reason.
