David Goggins talks about the key to maintaining high energy levels. He says he has given his adrenal glands a detox and arrest so that they don't need as much caffeine in their daily lives. The body was created with all of the energy possible but we got to get away from artificial waste to boost that, according to him. His routine includes red light therapy for 20 minutes followed by a cold plunge in his backyard before doing cardio on the stairmaster at home. David also doesn't count macros or track workouts because he knows his body extremely well.
