Planning for 80% of Your Time
In an ideal world every week you are operating at like 75 to 80% busyness. And that's not because you want to do less work, it's just that inevitably stuff will happen. I think the energy drain and the pressure and the stress comes when you've allocated yourself 100% and then a whole 20% of other stuff happens. So planning for 80% is pretty good.
