"I meet 25 founders a week and the amount of founders that can cohere and say an answer I'd say 10% if that 5% that are actually good," says investor Harry Abend. "The best companies that have the best story don't start with product marketing they start with the problem that their customer has", he adds. Advertisers need to focus on inbound marketing rather than direct mail or other channels, according to Abend.
