How Do I Know When I'm Not Doing Something?

i'm finding that when i'm only having two meals a day, i have a lot more awareness about the consequences of my actions. When thinking about habits that i want to change, look for meaningful but minimally disruptive changes. I really had somewhat of an identity issue of, oh, i'm the kind of person who needs to eat before bed. And even, like, i get hungry in the middle of the night. But now i just thought of, y thiss, this is just the way i'm ther something about my body.
