The body is meant to be seasonal. If it's seasonable, you're going to eat it. You're n eed as much as you possibly can and thn you're not gong to see it again for nine months. And so i think that that kind of helps me inform my estimate for what we're all doing on the performance end of things. But a good like delineation to make as fat adapted versus citosis. Just because you're not in citosis all the time doesn't mean, tha, you're not able to burn a lot of fat.
