Are You Observed?

If you have multiple action steps, by the time they're finished their first couple of months, it might be that you're giving them more than one action step a week. Trello's an amazing idea for you. I'm a big Trello user, but I never thought to use it for listing those. Especially with trainees, it's really good because you can also highlight them by teacher standards. That means that later on in the year, they can just link in the cards. You could link in to teach a champion or whatever. Yeah, exactly.
