Is There a Silver Lining in Action Regrets?
By the time we hit 50, inaction regrets are twice as likely to be felt than before. Why is that? I think that's an interesting question. Certain kinds of action regrets, we can find the silver lining in. We can at least undo them. In action regrets, you can't do that. You typically can't find them at least. And there's nothing to undo, could you have not done anything? So I think a big part of it.
