The Dangers of Being a Beginner in Management Consulting
In your management consulting background, it sort of felt like a win-lose situation where if you tried to ask a question to learn, people would use it as an opportunity to belittle you or bring you down a notch. I didn't find that in the management consulting space. There's something about a victim mindset, which is very dangerous. And looking back now, I can see how my mindset really held me back from actually doing better work.
