So rather than feel from the neck down, cause that's where vulnerability is experienced, we are spinning stories. And so we're in this controlled tower of thinking. When we first start meditating it, miht, you might feel like a it's nice. But after a while, there can be the sense of when we're really not inside thoughts,. This is a wild and mysterious and raw place in here, in this body. Says one meditation master.
