How to Start a De Novo Practice
There is a dilemma with doctors as to whether to start a de novo or buy a practice. I've seen some really successful situations where doctors will buy a practice and save $200,000. The biggest issue is building good will in the community to get patients in there. If someone's going to own this practice for a significant amount of time, if they can buy the building, that's a great idea.
