Snyk: One of the things that we wanted to address when I came in, was misalignment of incentives and KPIs. We did have a growth marketing function established. We had a separate product, R&D function. But because of not always aligned incentives, there's some friction built into the organizational construct. And so we kind of just said, what's the best way to solve this? And it is not to think of these as separate teams. So each of the growth teams are truly cross-functional and work into the same set of growth objectives.
