Lemon doesn't make sense to me, it's just salting something that's already salty. Also, with oysters, it's a very particular thing for yourself. It's like what you're going to put on it and then eat it. The seminary of it is really nice. I don't want anyone else putting anything on my oyster. If it's a really good region, there's one called Boselle which we love in the East Coast. But I'm not what I used to do here. Now, what are raw clams?
