How to Simplify Your Bodybuilding Process

i think the best thing i could do for an athlete is just like all the little neurotic things that they're doing simplify it. I want you to minimize your physique checks and that's part of simplifying things. Every time your shirt comes off or you take a shower or you change out of your gym clothes you're checking to see if there's new new new new cuts or if you've made more progress. There's nothing inherently wrong with that but it very rarely results in some kind of positive emotion or feeling about yourself.
