How to Hire a PTSD Candidate

A work sample is like show me, don't tell me, right? I want to see what you can do in terms of something that looks like this job. You get a sense of what this person has done and how predictive that is for them performing its job but also see how they perform in a little microcosm of what the job might be. The third one is what I would call a presentation tear down. This works really well if you're a salesperson, a marketing person, anybody who's customer facing.
