There are two things i'd like to share that are going to sound a little giggy, maybe. The notion of statistical significance needs to be taken with a big grain of salt. And even in situations in which you get a statistically nonsi ficant difference, there may well still be sub groups within the treatment group who had certain factors present that enabled the treatment,. the intervention, whatever it might be - important to think about individual differences and sub groups.

One of the most important skills we can develop is learning how to learn–how to update old beliefs about ourselves, take in new information, and build psychological resources like courage, gratitude, and confidence. We have experiences from which we could potentially learn all the time, but how often are we able to actually implement lasting change from our positive experiences?
