'Walking Meditation' - A Meditation in a Circle

i was struck by how it is exactly the same experience of walking through this walking meditation that we had done just the day before. Once i sort of had that realization, it really stopped being so painful to be in this t s a line. And i was just able to approach it in thi different way. I'm in the act of walking the path and sort of committing to this amount of time isa itself a meditation.
