Even a little bit of power has a surprisingly large effecta, cognitively, on your brain. You become much more goal focused and sort of conceptual d much less people focused. It's kind of the opposite of ampathy au, sort of pulling the empathy out when you get a itle bit of power. The big area that we thinks is critical here, er, which is, being able to speak up.
