The Effects of Language on Pain
The shoulder is an emotive joint but if you think where the shoulder sits in your brain in relation to your language centers it's very affected by language. If people have had symptoms for longer than sort of six months they actually get fundamental structural changes in their brain and that same stuff hasn't been shown in the leg as yet. The first time i see somebody yes i will facilitate them and change their pain but i invest a massive amount of time in talking.
