Berna: When i have extended periods of time where i'm not working or doing something, i've noticed that's when i get more anxious for. You also tend to compare yourself and be like, and my doing enough? Is the work that i'm doing adequate? Like, what else could i be doing? So putting a common language around the emotions is such a powerful thing,. For me, over the last couple of years, it's definitely been burnt out. I just didn't have words to describe it. But y for sure it was burnt out for me. And this resonates for me most people en masse who are looking for peace with their feelings.
