Buddha's lamb loin with chilies and nogada was insane. Burgoo gets it on novelty, but yes, clearly what Buddha did with his lamb loin was insane. I think this third course to me speaks to a great and I think it might be the reason Buddha won. Tom Calicchio is not going to hand a top chef title to someone who doesn't just display real technicality and refinement.
