The Importance of Setting Goals
Every outcome is just a point on a spectrum of repetitions. If you build a habit of cleanliness, of tidying up, of organizing a room each night, then, the more reps that you put in,you get five days in and 20 days in and 50 days in. And that outcome, that point on the spectrum of a completely pristine room, is just a natural byproduct of all those reps.
