Product Leads - What's the Key Principle of Customer Success?

One of the key principles that we have seen some of the most successful product lead companies apply is this idea of focusing on customers success throughout the journey with a customis. So i think one interesting thing that we've started doing, and we totally rippe this off from superhuman was rather than deploy new products to thousands of customers at this point,  we've just opened them up to every one. And it was when i read that superhuman block post on fust rounds blog, when they talk about how they had a really small beater and they were iterating with it for, i think, almost a year, that really resignated with me.
