How to Qualitative Interview Customers to Get Jobs
We're doing qualitative interviews to get jobs. This is with the customers, we're trying to understand their unmet jobs. We did a project for an academic testing company and when we interacted with them, they believed that the student was the actual end customer. So many times there's the user themselves and influencers. And then you do talk to people that are really strong users, but then you need to test across a broad audience.
