I think that setup could work very well and I've always with frequency and volume you are looking at a range usually. For training frequency like in the untrained individuals I mean there's no there doesn't at least seem to be any downside although I wouldn't recommend it to training each body part every day as a beginner even. At least not in research as I said I wouldn'trecommend it but I think that if you have a setup like what you said which is more of one big bolus volume followed by multiple pulses of lower volume compared to equating that volume over more easily distributed pulses over the week you could definitely get the same kind of effects.
