You Want to Rest Appropriately Between Sets

Women in particular tend to rest too short, too briefly and men tend to resttoo long. Most women think that sweating and getting your heart right up is equivalent to a good workout. But resting too long can obviously have negative implications as well. Three minutes rests longer than five minutes for the first biggest ment of the day tends to be the max. And then later on, it'll be a 75 second rest towards the very end of the workout - maybe 60 seconds at the beginning.
