The Effects of Exercise on Health
Exercising can produce good results for individuals, and should be treated as no. public health recommendations are for people the hundred and 50 to 300 minutes a week of moderate intensiy activity. If people met those, you would have substantial improvements in health reductions and disease risk with very few consequences from that exercise. Our goal in this papers try to say, look at the benefits of becoming fit, not extreme fitness.
