Are Partnerships the Right Career for You?
A lot of people start out in this job orr make a transition. I think it is pretty hard to start in thi position, because i think most companies will not hire anyone a, you know, straight out of college for it. And so when i think about the innate skillset verses, like experiences that one a should have had before,. i would say communication is most critical. A second, i think you need to be persuasive and have some,you know, maybe innate negotiation skills. Then at last, i would just say, collaboration.
