Rashad Robinson is president of Color of Change, a civil rights advocacy group and the largest online racial justice organization in the US. He appeared on "This Is Life with Bob Safian" two years ago when the pandemic was still very much in crisis mode. Since then there's been a lot of discussion about increased commitments from business leaders to promote equity. But he says many businesses struggle with where they should land.

When it comes to racial justice, many companies and organizations haven't matched their reality to their words. Rashad Robinson, the president of Color of Change, the largest online racial justice organization in the U.S., is holding major corporations accountable.
