When a woman is in her optimal health, menstrual cycles are going and we can train to those menstrual cycles. But when menstrual cycles go away, something something's wrong. Usually what's happening is it's bringing in another endocrine pathway that is the stress response. And so managing that stress response can really help to optimize the cycle.
