The Difference Between Evaluation and Reflection

Qite: What's the difference between evaluation and reflection? Qite: I think reflection is a form of valuation. We evaluate things, but we don't necessarily reflect on the evaluation. Why am i thinking this? This is silly. Er, and then when i and back, it's a third person sort of view. But i give myself some time - normally there's two, three hours before i actually listen back to it.
