Yeah, I mean, ironically, I don't see myself as an expert. I'm kind of moving away from this idea of expertise as something that someone has over other people. While I'm really well versed in the area, I've spent a lot of time here. All I do really is ask a lot of questions. It's not like I have some plethora of knowledge to then give to somebody else and that it's stored within me somehow. I'm a very big believer that I'm just working out how the world works like everybody else. I happen to retain information because I have really good systems in place to help me do that. And my job means I constantly think about these kind of things, but I don't want to be seen as a barber below anyone else. I think the word specialist put that connotation on it. It also kind of boxes me into one place where I think skill acquisition on the opposite of that is very much about being a generalist, about understanding learning and context in a variety of ways. So yes, my PhD was in cricket, but my expertise is beyond that. And the fact that I don't have any expertise in air quotes means that I am just here along for the ride like everybody else. So yeah, I'm a big believer in not being above or below anyone

else. And what sort of systems do you utilize to help you? I mean, obviously you're busy, but you're also pretty prolific when it comes to writing and the other stuff you got going like, what do you do to help yourself work at such a high pace and make such an impact? Yeah, so I've always enjoyed writing. And so one of the things that I do is really pay attention to the things that I love to read

and the way that it's written by other people.
