The Question Behind the Question - Is That Really Important?
Having a sense of urgency is really important. You don't want them to, the client, to get distracted with another candidate that walks through that door. So making sure you're asking the question behind the question to the candidate, it's very important with that. And i think this is a negotiation technique that we could all use effectively, as long as it's not too manipulative. That something we'll definitely touch on on the clients side as well, is things f ther fine line.
