Feeling Tone Practice - Restore Balance
The feeling tone is not part of the object itself, but always arises from how the object meets your body mind. So to come back to an example we've seen before, a favourite chocolate is normally pleasant, but if it is offered when you are already really, really full, it is unpleasant. Do pleasant feeling tones always lead to a sense wanting to have more? Actually, you may notice that sometimes we don't trust pleasant feelings. And we may even try to dampen the feeling so as not to be disappointed. We need to explore these two frame by frame. Now, at a certain point, gathering your attention and placing, placing it on your anchor, wherever that is for you
