How to Find Good Boundaries for Fast Flow
The purpose is to find good boundaries for flow. One team can easily provide something, another team can easily consume it. By defining different ways of interacting, we can set expectations with people inside teams. It avoids this openended mashup or mushing together of different teams which then just creates huge dependencies.
