i really enjoyed the concept of the accusations audit, in part because when you look at a lot of different selling practices and methodologies out there. A lot of this book was a negotiation with us as the readers. People react to circumstances human beings make up their minds is based on several different parimeters. And sometimes itit takes a few examples to understand that tom how you do thing is how you do everything.
